    Disaster recovery planning involves providing professional services and data to plan, design, develop and coordinate a Disaster Recovery Plan.  In addition to the plan framework, components may include a recovery toolkit, summit/workshop, and exercises.

    The main recovery functions supported by the plan include infrastructure systems, housing, health and social services, community planning and capacity building, and natural and cultural resources.
