Our procured staffing agencies have the expertise to expeditiously provide temporary and flexible short-term, long-term, and/or temp-to-perm staffing support in a variety of human resource categories. Program highlights include the following.
- Multiple service providers to meet a variety of staffing and industry needs within local government
- Negotiated temp-to-hire contracts terms that result in zero conversion fees if a temporary employee has worked a minimum of 520 hours
- Ability for participants to submit a single temporary services request to multiple agencies at one time
- Request forms that have been standardized to capture all the pertinent information so agencies are able to respond faster
